While returning or giving back the item purchased by the buyer to the seller through Shipmychip.com website, the following situations may arise:
- Item found to be defective.
- Item damaged during the shipment.
- Accessories or parts missing.
- Wrong item was sent by the seller.
Points to be noted:
- Seller can always accept the return irrespective of the policy.
- If Seller disagrees a return request, buyer can file a dispute under the Buyer Protection Program.
We encourage the Buyer to review the product listing before making the purchase decision. In case the buyer orders a wrong item, buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
Buyer need to raise the refund request within 10 days from the date of payment realization. Once buyer has raised a return request by submitting a RMA (Return/Refund) request, the seller while closing the RMA ticket can select one of the following:
- Replace after shipment collection - Seller has agreed to wait for the logistics team to collect the shipment from the buyer before replacing it
- Refund after shipment collection - Seller has agreed to wait for the logistics team to collect the shipment from the buyer before refunding
- Refund without shipment collection - Seller has agreed to refund the buyer without expecting the original shipment back
- Replace without shipment collection - Seller has agreed to replace the order without expecting the original shipment back
- On certain select days as specified by Shipmychip (such as 'The Special offers Day') separate policies may be applicable.
In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the buyer, the buyer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the buyer's account.
In case the seller doesn't close the ticket in 3 days from the date of intimation to the seller about the refund request, the refund request shall be settled in favour of the buyer.

Conveniently place your return request online if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state.
Please ensure that the product is in unused and in original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

- Returns including all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.
- In case of Refunds, the entire amount paid by you including shipping costs will be refunded
- We work hard to ease the pickup process for you in case of returns. In most of the cases we deliver the replacement while we do the pickup.
- In a few other cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.
- In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. In case a Replacement is not available, seller will refund the amount for the same.
